A Picture of Gratitude: 2012

As I continue to live with less, life seems richer, brighter and it’s even more challenging to acknowledge everything and everyone I am grateful for. I love the people in my life and that includes you. Thank you for being part of my life and letting me be part of yours.

It’s hard to believe that this is only a glimpse of what made 2012 so special, and that there is still another month to love deeply, give freely and live fully. There is a line in this song that speaks to me everyday … “people think you’re lucky, but you know it’s grace.”

I know this is grace and am so grateful.

Hi Courtney, I love your column and your pictures for 2012. I read your column when it crosses my RSS feed and have adopted many of your suggestions in living a simpler life. It is my opinion that our world is too driven by must haves and consumerism in general. The pictures in this article are what life is really about. The people close to you and all those around us. The joy they bring into our lives and the goodness they share with our world.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and the insiration you give those of us who read your works. You’er part of what makes life wonderful.

Thank you Courtney, I have so enjoyed enjoyed reading your posts this year :-) I make a point of forwarding them onto my sister and we always make time to discuss them. And this is particularly nice as she lives in France and I’m in the UK so we don’t see each other very often. Season’s Greetings to you & yours and good things for 2013 xxx
