The Simplicity Sessions

Simplicity has changed everything in my life.

Over the past 6 years, my health, happiness and relationships have improved in really powerful ways. I’m not perfect. I have bad days, but they are rare. I’ve been open to change and experimenting with new healthy habits and because of that, most of my days are really good, awesome even.

I’ve noticed more and more that I am talking about life with my business clients. We start with the nuts and bolts of blogs or business and then we slowly lean into the good stuff. We often talk about family, confidence, happiness, and other things that make a person whole. It’s all intertwined, but it’s the heart felt issues that I enjoy talking about most. The Simplicity Sessions

I will help you give simplicity a chance to work in your life. Keep in mind, this isn’t life coaching or professional therapy. This is problem solving through simple, direct solutions and recommendations. (often mixed with laughter and tears) We can talk about anything from health and diet, time management and clutter control, love and relationships, career issues and finances or other lifestyle changes.

If you are a new reader, check out the Be More with Less Archives and see if my gentle, yet direct style is right for you. I never want to hurt your feelings, but I’ll likely be more direct than your friends or family. Through The Simplicity Sessions, we will get to know each other. I’ll assess your thoughts and questions, make recommendations and then be there to support and encourage changes in your life. Change is available to you, but it’s easier with someone in your corner. Inspiration, motivation and accountability are so important.

One Day $75

Work with me for an hour via Skype or phone. This program includes our conversation, and a personalized action plan. Once you purchase this session, I’ll send you an email and we can schedule your call. As an added bonus, I’ll send you a recording of our call if we chat via Skype. (recording optional)

 

Two Weeks $125

Let’s work together to implement a new healthy habit or break a bad one over the course of two weeks. We will talk for 60 minutes at the beginning of each week, and you’ll have unlimited email support from me during the two weeks. Once you purchase this session, I’ll send you an email and we can schedule your first call. I’ll send you a recording of our calls if we chat via Skype. (recording optional)

 

Three Months $300

For long term, but not lifetime assistance, consider working with me for a 3 months. This program includes two hour long calls each month with unlimited email support for a week following each call. That’s a total of 6 calls and 3 weeks of email support. I’ll send you a recording of our calls if we chat via Skype. (recording optional)

 

This introductory pricing will go up in 2013, but if you purchase now, you can use the sessions anytime through the end of 2013. I’ll give you the advice you need and the support to follow through and implement a true be more with less philosphy in to your day to day life.

How does this really work?
You choose one of the options above and once you make the purchase, I’ll send you an email with a few questions and an invitation to set up our first Skype or phone call.

Do I need to live in your time zone?
I live in Utah but work with clients in Germany, South Africa, Australia and all over the US. Today’s techology and my flexible schedule makes it easy for us to talk from anywhere.

What if I don’t have a specific question?
I’m not a fortune teller but I am really good at distilling the heart of the matter. If something is bothering you, but you aren’t sure what it is, let’s give it a try. After a few minutes of getting to know each other, I am pretty sure I can be helpful.

What if you can’t be helpful?
The first 5-10 minutes of the call will be enough time for both of us to know if this is going to work. If I don’t think I can help, I’ll refund your money immediately. If you don’t think I can help, I’ll refund your money immediately. I’ll even ask at that 5-10 minute mark, “Are you ready to move forward?”

Why won’t you help me for free? I will! In fact, there are more than 300 posts on this site that you might find helpful for free in the archives and then interviews and guest posts I’ve done that I think will help. I am happy to help for free, but when I know you better and we work in a one on one setting, I can be even more helpful.
