With the holidays upon us, it’s time to prioritize giving … to ourselves. I know, I know, most of us are used to giving to everyone around us and ignoring what’s best for us this time of year so this might feel weird. It’s not too late though. This is the most meaningful gift you can give yourself right now. And bonus: it’s a gift that will keep on giving to you and everyone around you.
