Weekend Wisdom: Maybe for this new year, instead of becoming a new you just get closer to being the real you.
I thought I might be getting sick over the holidays so in addition to celery juice, I added a shot of apple, lemon, ginger juice to my morning routine. I’ll never know for sure, but I’m going to give my little ginger shots credit for helping me stay healthy. What’s keeping you healthy this time of year?
Fresh flowers might not ward off a cold or the flu but they definitely contribute to my mental health this time of year.
