Happy New Year. We made it.
While I did some reflecting on 2020, it will be a long time before I can ever know how I was affected by the year that wouldn’t quit, or how we were were affected collectively. All I can say for now with confidence is that we made it. It wasn’t easy, or what we expected or planned but it happened and now we are here.
To start 2021, I want to offer you this Loving Kindness Meditation from my heart directly to yours.
