It’s someone’s birthday today.
My little girl turns 25 today. It’s been hard to celebrate important milestones over the last few months but this one is easy for me. We won’t be dining out or inviting lots of people over but my heart is bursting with celebration. Bailey’s birthday is my favorite day of the year because the moment she entered the world, she changed mine.
If you listen to our podcast, Soul & Wit, you know we are close. You know we are silly. And you know we love spending time together. Not only that, but she teaches me so much just by being who she is.
While parents are often thought to be the teachers, we can learn so much from our kids too.
