Weekend Wisdom: The only way to keep going is to stop going. Rest, recover, renew and be kind to yourself.
Like you, I’ve been doing some reflecting.
Tending to flowers and taking a walk around a mirror-like lake gave me time to reflect this week. Whenever big changes are happening in the world or even just in a small corner of our lives, the things that ground us are more important than ever. Whether you are practicing activism or decluttering a home full of things you don’t enjoy but don’t want to let go of, remember … this is going to take a while.
Rest and pace yourself. Talk to the people who ground you and take time for doing things that ground you. It’s only when you consistently take time for the grounding things, that you can take on the ground-breaking, world changing things.
Ok … onto the favorites …
