Weekend Wisdom: If you have to buy stuff to store your stuff, you might have too much stuff.
We’ve been resting.
It’s different everywhere, but here there is a call for more. It’s a post/almost vaccinated call to do more, see more, gather more … to feel safer and to get out there more. And with that, we are supposed to feel a renewed sense of normalcy and excitement for all post Covid-things.
But what if you aren’t there yet, or you weren’t so thrilled with normal to begin with?
If you aren’t sure or ready or you know that you never want to go back to the way things were, wait. You can ignore the call for more.
Instead of more, you can say no. Instead of more, you can rest. Instead of more, you are allowed to protect your time and energy.
For now, I am saying no to the call of more so I can say yes to me. May that inspire you to say yes to you too.
