Weekend Wisdom: Slow down, schedule blocks of nothingness, regroup, reset, breathe, come back to yourself.

Almost everyone I talk to is in a heat wave or coming out of one. This is not the time to push through, but instead to slow down and take care. I’m used to brutally hot summers and I stay inside a lot. I get out early in the morning for anything that has to happen outdoors and then try to avoid the sun for the rest of the day.
