Weekend Wisdom: Don’t forget that decluttering is self-care.

How are you doing out there? How is your sleep? How is your heart? If it’s been a while since you checked in with the most important person in your life, this might be a good time.
Remember, that moment when you don’t think you have time to take care of yourself is the exact moment you need to take care of yourself. So, what do you need in this moment? If what you need feels like too much or too big of a change, make the question smaller (kinder). What is the gentlest thing you can do for yourself right now. Perhaps that gentle thing will give you a little space and clarity to think about the other changes you want to make.
