I’m Courtney Carver, the founder of Be More with Less. I started sharing my journey to simplify my life for better health and more easeful living more than 15 years ago. Discovering what made me feel better after my multiple sclerosis diagnosis in 2006 and then sharing it over many years turned into my life’s work.

As you can imagine, I’ve offered many different things over the years to help you simplify, edit and thrive in life. I’ve since been doing some creating and editing of my own and thought it would be helpful to share exactly what I offer.
