Weekend Wisdom: Instead of drowning in scarcity mindset, simplifying allows you to thrive in a mindset of abundance or enoughness. Less really does become more.

This week I came down with my first cold in three years! It’s very mild but also I don’t like it at all. Not a fan. I am surrounded by tissues, Advil and nose spray. I included a cold-busting soup recipe I might try below. Yes, I’m drinking lots of water and resting. Doesn’t it always just come back to that (and time and patience)? I hope this is it for the next three years.
After hosting two Declutter Hours (one for paper clutter and the other for digital clutter), I’m so excited to do more. Gathering with you, sharing stories and celebrating your progress in real time is so much fun. I’ll be announcing the next one soon. Any guesses on the topic?
