Weekend Wisdom: Take 5-minutes for you. Put your hands on your heart. Check in. Come back to you.
Looking for the light.
Just like my plants, I am always looking for the light. It’s been a rainy, snowy few weeks here so when I saw the sun pop out this week, I celebrated. I took a few pictures, went for walk and remembered how energizing light is. And not just sunlight. Of course I crave sunlight but I also crave feeling light in both my home, heart and work. That usually means letting go and carrying things more lightly. After many years of simplifying my life, this comes more naturally but something I still work on. If you too crave all kinds of light, make room for it.
