Weekend Wisdom: The energy for 2022 is to love me well or leave me alone. – Yung Pueblo
A cold walk is better than no walk.
It might be time to trade your scrolling for strolling. When comparing a long walk to a mindless session of scrolling social media, I’m reminded of how valuable my time is. After scrolling, I’m depleted. After strolling, I’m energized, relaxed and in awe of the world around me. I’m not saying social media is all bad, but too much of it is never good.
If you want to spend more time in awe of the world around you (or baking, reading, sleeping or something less) and less time scrolling, join me for the 5-day Less Phone, More Life Challenge.
And if you are wondering …
- You don’t have to be on Facebook to participate.
- If your iPad is taking up more time than your phone, you can still join.
- The challenge is free.
- We start on January 17th but you can get ready with the worksheet we send you right away.
