Weekend Wisdom: Owning less is gentler than organizing more.

I’ve been doing this new, fun thing where I wake up really early, like a little too early. I sleep in a cold, dark room, stop drinking coffee at noon (usually) and would love to sleep until 5:00 or 5:30. I’m sound asleep by 9:00 (or 9:30 if I’m reading a really good book). So I just need a little help with that 4:00-5:30. Or, maybe I should get up and do something creative? How have you been sleeping lately?
Join me next week for a new Declutter Hour to help you declutter your skincare products and cosmetics. It’s a live Zoom call (with a recording and PDF of decluttering tips) You can learn more about what we’ll cover and when it’s happening here. I will be sharing the one product I use every night. It’s a little weird, very effective and the most inexpensive thing I’ve ever put on my face. P.S. We can also exchange sleep tips on the call!
