Weekend Wisdom: It’s ok to slow down.

It feels like full on summer over here. It’s the first Saturday Farmer’s Market of the year (hello fresh strawberries), the temps are rising and I am ready to reconsider everything. While many people like to travel in the summer, I like to work. I’d much rather travel during milder seasons like fall and spring.
To avoid the extreme heat, I get my outside time early in the morning, walking my neighborhood, taking a hike or playing tennis. Then it’s inside time which leaves plenty of room for writing, brainstorming, and asking a bunch of questions about what’s working in my life and biz and what is not. I highly recommend a practice like this.
