Weekend Wisdom: “I have already settled it for myself so flattery and criticism go down the same drain and I am quite free.” – Georgia O’Keeffe

This is one of my favorite prayer/meditations. There are many variations and here is one of them. It’s recommended that you repeat this for yourself, then a loved one. You can then say it for a difficult person in your life and then all beings. It’s calming, nourishing and so simple.
“May I be happy.
May I be healthy.
May I be at peace.
May I be free.
–
May you be happy.
May you be healthy.
May you be at peace.
May you be free.
–
May all beings everywhere be happy.
May they be healthy.
May they be at peace.
May they be free.”
