Weekend Wisdom: Noticing what you love will help you release what you don’t.
The highs and lows.
I’ve been traveling with family for the last few weeks and have some highs and lows to share with you. Lows: getting sick, breaking my foot, and hard goodbyes. Highs: Moose sightings in Park City, watching the eclipse, lying under the Milky Way and the starriest sky I’ve ever seen, campfire and s’mores, laughing so hard I cried (every day), rooftop sunsets over the Pacific Ocean, Puesto tacos, inside jokes, coffee and kuchen, seals and sea lions. Of course, the highest high was being near my loves. Even though the lows felt pretty low, I wouldn’t trade these highs for anything.
