Weekend Wisdom: Feeling guilty for taking care of yourself is not taking care of yourself.
Tis the season.
Things are cooling down around here. I spotted these apples on an early, crisp morning walk around my neighborhood and the fall season flashed before my eyes. I’m looking forward to cozy sweaters, falling leaves and dirty chai lattes. We are moving into the last few months of the year and I’m working on the last section of my new book. I tend to get swept up in both of these things so I’m making sure to give lots of attention to simple pleasures and staying present. Taking a picture of something lovely helps me do that and I’m grateful I can share the things that are grounding me and making me smile here in weekend favorites. Thanks for tuning in.
