Weekend Wisdom: Give yourself permission to know when it’s time to let go of something.

I’m planning to spend more time with a notebook than I do with my phone in the coming weeks and months. Instead of Googling things, I’m going to write down the question first. My grocery list and to-do lists are moving from phone to paper and anything else I can think of.
When I search for something on my phone, I end up checking the weather for the 43rd time and looking for other ways I can continue to stare at a screen. Journaling in the morning reminds me how much I love actually writing things down so I’m going to do more of it and see what happens.
