Wow what a week! It’s the one year anniversary of Gentle, Rest More, Stress Less and Live The Life You Actually Want. I have to say that the anniversary week is much more relaxed than the launch week. It’s been lovely to hear from people who have read or listened to the book who are giving themselves permission to rest and take care.
In other news, it is finally winter here! It’s barely snowed at all and this week, we got lots of snow. I participated in a Mahjong open play and even though I really wanted to stay home (because I love staying home), I’m so glad I went. If there’s something you’ve been wanting to try (but you love staying home too), maybe this is your sign!
