Weekend Wisdom: Hold on to what matters, let go of the rest.

My recent visit to San Diego was a mix of wild winds, rain and (thankfully) stunning sunsets, lots of seals and sea lions, beautiful hummingbirds, tacos and meeting Gentle readers. I met the best people, enjoyed some extra downtime and strolled the coast every day. There was even great coffee, reading and time for journaling.
