Weekend Wisdom: Resting isn’t selfish and you don’t have to earn it.
A walk to remember.
It’s springtime so I expect sunny days (like the one above), chilly nights and the occasional snowstorm (yesterday). Even though I’m vaccinated, solo walks are still my main activity. I did go to the dentist last week but I’m not jumping back into Before Times. My insides are still telling me to go slowly, be thoughtful and take care.
