Weekend Wisdom: When you struggle to let go of your stuff, remember that holding on is harder. You have to hold on every day (with your space, time and attention), but you only have to let go once.
If you’ve been reading Weekend Favorites for very long or following me on Instagram, you know that my new book is coming out in a few weeks. For something that has been almost ten years in the making, this is a pretty big deal.
Earlier this week, I was filming the new Project 333 Video Course (that you can have for free by pre-ordering the book) at my friend Heidi’s house, and the mailman delivered her a copy of the book! It was the first time I’d seen the finished copy and the fact that it arrived while I was there was magical.
Thanks to those of you who suggested venues in Phoenix and Philadelphia, we’ll be announcing tour stops in both of those cities early next week. Other tour stops will be in NYC, Salt Lake City, Austin, Dallas, Denver, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Tampa, Atlanta, DC, Boston and Chicago. You can find details on all 17 cities here (and the special guests who are joining me).
Ok … onto the favorites.

One of the reasons we love the Soul & Wit Instagram account so much is that so many pet accounts follow us (and of course we follow them back). We love your adorable animals in our IG feed. If your pets have an Instagram account, follow @soulandwitpodcast so we can see how sweet they are.
If you’ve been looking for an excuse to read more, here are five science backed reasons ‘getting lost in a good book’ is good for you.
And my Instagram fav of the week is from @beautifuldetour with this reminder to do the one thing that changes everything.
I hope you enjoy this edition of Weekend Favorites and have a beautiful weekend.
