Earlier this week, I shared this video of part of a hike I did that really scares me. I’ve hiked this trail a bunch and love it but this little section always puts my heart in my throat.
It’s a very narrow section with a big drop to the right.
Each time, I take a deep breath and remind myself that I’ve made it through scary things (including this) 100% of the time. You have too!
